Terms for visitors to the Horror Brief Workshop and project enquiries.

1. Acceptance and purpose

By using this informational website, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Zhovten Sites describes website creation, maintenance, technical support and related services; published examples and indicative prices are informational.

2. Estimates and agreements

Descriptions and imagined commissions on this site do not create a binding client contract. A free homepage prototype may be offered within 24 hours only after we review and explicitly accept a brief, subject to capacity; submitting a form alone does not start a 24-hour guarantee. Scope, cost, deadlines, third-party costs, support and other paid-work conditions are agreed separately before a paid project begins. No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is implied.

3. Intellectual property

Site text, original illustration, technical demonstrations and identity remain subject to their applicable rights. The Psycho, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and 13 Ghosts concepts are independent hypothetical studies, not commissioned work and not endorsements by any filmmaker, studio or rights holder. Film titles and third-party intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Reuse of licensed materials follows our Licensing page and the specific rights notice.

4. Permitted use

You may view the site, follow public links and send genuine business enquiries. Do not attack or overload the website, bypass controls, submit malicious material, impersonate the team or misrepresent ownership of published work.

5. External services

Links to third-party providers and platforms are governed by those services' own terms. Hosting services, domains, external storage and licences are contracted separately where applicable.

6. Availability and limitations

The site and its interactive demonstrations are provided as available, without a general guarantee of error-free operation. Liability for actual contracted work is determined by the agreed contract and applicable law, not by this informational page.
