ZHOVTEN SITES / HORROR BRIEF WORKSHOP / POLICIES
AI Usage Policy
How AI-assisted tools may be used in Horror Workshop concepts and commissioned website work.
1. General position
We may use lawful AI-assisted computational tools, including language models, as part of design, research and software development. Tool choice may change with the project and its agreed constraints.
2. Practical uses
AI assistance may support ideas, drafts, editing, code suggestions, tests, localization, research and automation. This does not mean every deliverable is generated by AI.
3. Human responsibility
People remain responsible for requirements, review, integration, verification and publication. Model output is a proposed result, not automatically an approved fact or final work.
4. Visitor interaction and client information
This public workshop does not offer a generative AI assistant or generate film websites through AI in the visitor's browser. Its film presets are authored demonstration data. The contact form uses a dedicated same-origin endpoint only when the visitor explicitly submits; merely viewing the site does not transmit enquiry details or send content to any AI model. Actual client information must be handled according to agreed project arrangements and should not be sent to third-party AI providers without a suitable basis and authorization.
5. Rights and third-party terms
AI use does not transfer rights to the brand or to third-party materials. Published code and editorial work follow their applicable licensing notices; AI providers remain subject to their own terms. This policy is updated if actual AI usage changes.
